Care as Individual
as the Person Receiving It.
From personal care to memory support, every plan at MD Care Adult Family Home is shaped around one resident at a time — never a fixed routine.
With a nursing background, we strive to provide attentive care tailored to each resident’s needs, preferences, and daily routines.
— Meaza Damtew, RN, BSN, Owner & Provider
Because MD Care Adult Family Home is licensed for just six residents, every service below is delivered by caregivers who know each resident by name, story, and routine — not a rotating shift working from a chart. Services can be combined into a plan that flexes as needs change, without ever requiring a move to a different facility.
